Since 1997, QBS has provided essential training to reduce the frequency and severity of behavioral challenges and related injuries in the workplace, especially to residential, treatment, educational, and healthcare settings.
Our Safety-Care training program takes advantage of the most efficient teaching strategies including errorless learning, competency testing, and frequent reinforcement to create behavioral competencies in you and your staff.
Safety-Care is based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports (PBIS) principles. QBS instructors are Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs).

Over the last two decades, the program has been adopted widely across the US making it one of the largest and fastest-growing crisis prevention programs in the world.
The field of ABA has also grown rapidly during the same timeframe as its rigorous, evidence-based approach has become more widely recognized and embraced across education, healthcare, human services, and a wide range of other settings.
