SIC (US 1987) : Chris Haluch, the founder of Haluch’s Landscapes, grew up in the Landscape and Tree Care industry with a family owned and operated business. Chris worked for his father Ed, the owner of Ed’s Tree Service, all through high school. After high school, Chris attended the Stockbridge School of Agriculture to further his education in business and the Landscape Contracting field. After college, Chris worked with his father in the tree care business and found that he wanted to be more creative with customer’s outdoor living spaces. In 1997, Chris started a small landscaping company that started with one pickup truck, a trailer, and a mower. Chris started with maintenance of residential and commercial properties. After a couple of years, the Landscape Design portion of the business grew and became a big portion of the business. Then, as time went on, the design portion of the company grew more and the need for Chris to provide both lawn sprinkler installations and service became a necessity. So then, in the spring of 2003, Chris decided to team up with Aqua Flow lawn sprinkler and now provides lawn sprinkler services to over 1, 000 customers both commercial and residential. In 2010 we added Fertilizer programs to our list of services.
